Our specialised machining and processing capabilities include milling, automatic band sawing and heavy-duty concrete processing, supporting components and applications that fall outside our core sheet metal processes.
Depending on material, geometry and production requirements, these capabilities can be used as individual operations or integrated into a broader manufacturing setup.
By combining specialised processing with our wider production capabilities, we can reduce supplier interfaces and provide a more complete route from raw material to finished component.

Our surface treatment capabilities cover abrasive blasting, wet painting and powder coating, providing an efficient route from surface preparation to final coating.
Depending on component requirements and end use, the processes can be combined to achieve the required surface quality, appearance and level of protection.
Integrated with our manufacturing setup, surface treatment helps reduce handling and supplier interfaces while allowing components to move efficiently from fabrication towards final delivery.
